Sean Bromley

Sean Bromley is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in student accommodation and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Resident Service Manager at Grainger PLC, Sean is leading operations teams for the launch of new sites in Derby and Nottingham. Prior experience includes managing approximately 350 beds as Multi Site Property Manager at Mezzino Student Living and overseeing a team of area managers as Regional Operations Manager at CENTRAL FACILITIES GROUP LIMITED. At Student Roost, Sean held the role of Assistant Operations Manager, focusing on lease up and daily management for over 1,000 bedrooms.
