Henrik Abildgaard

Henrik Abildgaard has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Henrik started their career as a Freelance Lotus Notes Consultant at IT Factory A/S in 1998 and then worked at Xerox as an IT Consultant and IT Project Manager. After that, they worked at Epson UK Ltd as a Freelance Lotus Notes Consultant. Henrik then joined Framfab as a Lotus Notes/Domino Systems Developer. In 2001, they joined Resulture in the same role.

In 2002, Henrik joined Danske Fragtmænd A/S as an IT Consultant/Systems Developer, where they managed and developed complaint systems, sales support systems, and web-based solutions. Henrik also worked on Lotus Notes-based databases for internal use. Henrik worked in the same company until 2007, taking on roles like Department Manager/IT Consultant, where they were responsible for support systems and internet/intranet development.

From 2007 to 2021, Henrik worked at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S. Henrik initially joined as an IT Consultant/Systems Developer and was responsible for Lotus Notes-based databases and server installations. Later, they became the Global IT Manager, leading a global team of IT employees and implementing the company's IT strategy.

Recently, in 2021, Henrik joined Gram Equipment A/S as the Head of IT.

Henrik Abildgaard's education history includes various academic achievements. In 1976, they attended Bakkeskolen in Esbjerg, where they completed their Folkeskole education in 1985. Following this, from 1986 to 1987, they studied at Esbjerg Handelskole, earning a degree in EFG-Handel & Kontor. In 1987, they attended Esbjerg Edb-skole, where they obtained a degree as an Edb-assistent between 1987 and 1989. Most recently, in 2016, Henrik completed the Global Management Development Program at Copenhagen Business School.
