Alan Luk

Alan Luk currently serves as the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) at Grammarly since April 2022. Prior to this role, Alan held various positions at Microsoft from October 2012 to April 2022, including Principal Program Manager for Azure Compliance and Senior Compliance Manager for Bing Compliance. Earlier in his career, Alan worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in Risk Assurance from August 2004 to October 2012. Alan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Washington between 1999 and 2004.
