Lejith Kumar P has over two decades of experience in the banking and financial services sector, specializing in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Currently serving as the Head of GRC at Gulf International Bank since September 2019, Lejith previously held various positions at Union National Bank from July 2012 to August 2019, including AVP & Senior Principal Auditor and roles in information security compliance and IT governance. Prior to that, Lejith worked at Ing Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) as a Senior Information Risk Manager and IS Audit Specialist, and held a Deputy Manager - IT position at Axis Bank. Initial experience included roles as IT Security Manager at South Indian Bank and IT Associate at Lord Krishna Bank (now HDFC Bank).
