David Pulis is an experienced pastry chef with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Pastry Chef at Grand Hotel Excelsior Malta since June 2007, David previously held positions as Pastry Chef at GRAND HOTEL MERCURE ACCOR from 2005 to 2006, Pastry Chef de Partie at Hilton Hotel between 2000 and 2004, and Pastry DCP at The Westin Dragonara Resort from 1997 to 2000. David began culinary training as a pastry commis chef at The Berkeley hotel in 1997. Educational background includes studies at the Institute of Tourism Studies.
