Nenad Stefanovic

Nenad Stefanovic is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving at Grand Sierra Resort since June 2025. Prior roles include Executive Chef positions at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, Monarch Casino Resort Spa - Black Hawk, Gun Lake Casino, and Morongo Casino Resort & Spa between 2016 and 2025. Nenad also has a robust background in high-profile establishments, having held various chef positions at InterContinental Hotels Group, Capella Hotels and Resorts, Dupont Hotel, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Nenad obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts from the Faculty of Hospitality and an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from The Secondary of Catering and Tourism.
