Amy Klein

Amy Klein has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amy most recently served as the Director of Communications at GrandPad since January 2022. Prior to that, they spent several years at Lifetouch, where they held the position of Director of Sales Operations from August 2016 to July 2021.

Amy also worked at Lifetouch National School Studios, starting in 2009. During their time there, they held the role of Manager of Learning and Development from June 2011 to August 2016, and Manager of Customer Experience from March 2009 to June 2011.

Before their time at Lifetouch, Amy was employed at Macy's East. Amy held various positions, including Regional Director of Macy's By Appointment and Corporate Sales from March 2008 to February 2009, Manager of Selling Skills from May 2007 to April 2008, and Corporate Macy's By Appointment Manager from June 2006 to May 2007.

Amy Klein obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In addition, they have also received certifications including the Achieve Global Management Training Series - Certified Trainer from Miller Heiman Group and the Professional Train-The-Trainer Certificate from University of Minnesota College of Continuing Education.
