Mayur Phadke

Mayur Phadke has a strong background in operations and validations in the pharmaceutical industry. Mayur began their career as an intern at Capricorn Pharma Inc. in 2003 and gradually worked their way up to Associate Director of Operations and Validations, Sr. Manager of Operations and Validation, and finally, Sr. Director of Operations and Validations.

During their time at Capricorn Pharma Inc., Mayur was actively involved in various management activities, including production planning and execution, inventory and distribution management, quality control, ingredient purchasing oversight, safety assurance, and new product development. Mayur also played a key role in process improvement programs and successfully led commercialization projects to launch new products on-time and within budget. Mayur participated in multiple FDA and client audits and played a lead role in addressing compliance issues, resulting in the receipt of Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) for all previous audits.

From 2014 to 2019, Mayur worked as Sr. Director of Operations at Izeen Pharma, Inc., where they gained further experience in overseeing operations. Since 2019, Mayur has been serving as the Director of Operations at Granules India Limited.

Mayur Phadke completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Production Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology between 1996 and 2000. Mayur later pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Mayur Phadke obtained certifications in "Becoming a Leader" and "Creating Winning Strategy" from The Jack Welch Management Institute in October 2013.
