Vijay Kumar

Vijay Kumar has a strong and diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as Cluster HR Lead at Granules India Limited since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director of Human Resources at Endo International plc from 2019 to 2023. In 2017, Vijay served as the HR Head for the Sikkim Sites at SUN PHARMA, where they were responsible for leading HR and Admin initiatives. From 2013 to 2017, they held the position of HR Head at Eisai Pharmaceuticals India, overseeing HR and Admin initiatives for R&D and Manufacturing. Vijay joined AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD in 2005 as a Management Trainee and was elevated to the role of Deputy Manager, where they managed various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.

From 2003 to 2005, Vijay Kumar attended Badruka College PG Centre, where they pursued an MBA degree in the field of HR.
