Lauren Bell

Lauren Bell has a wealth of experience in recruitment and human resources. Lauren began their career in 2012 as a Programming and Special Events Intern for the Admissions Office at Texas Christian University. In the same year, they were also a Special Events Intern for the John V. Roach Honor's College. In 2011, Bell was the President of the Gamma Tau chapter of Delta Gamma and an Account Coordination Intern at CultureSpan Marketing. In 2012, Bell was a Public Relations Manager at Roxo. From 2012 to 2021, Bell worked at Encore Live in various roles, including Chief Of Staff and Head of People, Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Training and Recruiting, and Project Manager / Business Development Manager. In 2021, Bell joined Thrive Pet Healthcare as a Special Operations Recruiting Partner and in 2022, they became a Full-Cycle Recruiter at Stellate.
