William Ollerhead

William Ollerhead has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. William currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Cuspis Capital Partners Ltd. and has been in this position since March 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded Cuspis Capital III Ltd. in 2021 and held the positions of CEO and Director. William also served as a Director at Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd from April 2021. In 2020, they co-founded Cuspis Capital II Ltd. and held the roles of CEO and Director. Their work experience also includes serving as the Director and Audit Committee Chair at Thermal Energy International since October 2011. William founded Ollerhead Capital (Chunkerhead Ltd.) in 1997 and was the Managing Director. From October 2018 to April 2021, they were the Co-Founder, CEO, and Director at Cuspis Capital Ltd. In addition, they held various roles at New Klondike Exploration Ltd., including Chairman and Director, Chair of Audit Committee from 2008 to 2014. William also served as a Director at BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. from June 2008 to July 2013. From 1999 to 2010, they were the President of Ollerhead Christie & Company Ltd.

William Ollerhead received their Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Western University in 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from McGill University, completing their studies in 1989.
