Alan Nurk has held various roles in the financial services industry since 2010. In 2010, they were an Information Point Receptionist at Piletilevi AS. In 2019, they were a Junior Clients Relationship Manager and Business Banking at Citadele banka Estonian Branch. In 2020, they held the roles of International Business Advisor and Banking Specialist at Private Financial Services OÜ. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Grapherex, where they are responsible for the company's main product launch on the market, app and software development and innovation, compliance with the law, implementation of the company's marketing strategy, establishment of beneficial partnerships, development of financing strategy and fundraising, and accountancy and reporting.

Alan Nurk obtained their Master of Arts in Finance from the University of Aberdeen in 2020. Alan started their studies there in 2016. In addition, they obtained the BMC - Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP in November 2018.
