Rupa Pithiya is currently the Practice Partner - Insurance (Non-Life) at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. Prior to this role, Rupa held positions such as Head of Actuarial & Insurance (Perm & Contract) at Arthur Financial, Associate Director - Head of Contracts (Actuarial/Cat/Risk) at Eames Consulting Group, and Principal Consultant at High Finance Group. With a background in BSc Maths and Stats with Management from Brunel University London, Rupa has extensive experience in the insurance industry, specializing in Actuarial, Cat & Exposure Management, Risk, Data Analytics, Claims, UW, Broking, Finance, Business Change & Technology. During their time at HFG Insurance Recruitment, Rupa set up the Actuarial Division in London, focusing on the General Insurance (Non-Life) Market.
