Neil Ferguson

Neil Ferguson serves as the Managing Director of Gravitate HR, a position held since January 2012, where responsibilities include strategic leadership and business development. Previous roles at Gravitate HR include Head of Client Services in Glasgow, focusing on client delivery and regional growth, HR Account Manager guiding clients through various HR processes, and HR Assistant, which provided foundational HR experience. Prior HR experience includes a role at GE Caledonian Ltd overseeing recruitment and the internship program, and customer service work at Capita. Neil holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a BA in Human Resource Management and Law from The University of Strathclyde.
