Anna Cecchin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as a Business Development Intern at Contentment, a creative technology startup. Anna then moved on to LogicMonitor in 2016, where they held various roles including Sales Development Representative, Customer Success Representative, and eventually Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they transitioned to NetBrain Technologies Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Gravitee.
Anna Cecchin completed their Master's Degree in International Business from Hult International Business School from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Università degli Studi di Trieste from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Anna also acquired several certifications, including Gravitee Event-native API Management Foundations from Gravitee in April 2023, NetBrain Certified NetOps Professional from NetBrain Technologies Inc. in July 2019, and LogicMonitor Certified Professional from LogicMonitor in August 2017.
