Michael Kaumeyer as Founder and Co-CEO of Grayhawk works with successful Canadian families and foundations to bring them exceptional support in growing their legacy. Michael believes that each family and foundation brings distinctive values and challenges to the table. By having a deep understanding of what those are along with their financial aspirations, Grayhawk can provide extraordinary solutions for legacy management.

Michael is passionate about the links between food and human connections, and the quality of relationships fostered over mealtimes. Since 2014 his 7K Ranch has focused its social mission on food insecurity. In 2014 Michael founded Harvest Moon, an annual event featuring local food, music, and community-raising awareness and funds for Community Food Centres Canada.

Michael’s community involvement has included being a Calgary Reads Champion, and a former board member of Shawnigan Lake School, Leighton Art Centre, Social Venture Partners, and Decidedly Jazz Danceworks.

Michael sees his work at Grayhawk as a culmination of his professional and personal lives which include his wife Deborah and his two sons, Max and Louis.
