Msc. Mohamad A. Chamseddine Fcipd

Mohamad A. Chamseddine, MSc., FCIPD has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief People & Support Officer at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon. Previously, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at BBAC Bank from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon from 2018 to 2019. Prior to these roles, they worked at Bank Audi in various capacities, including Senior Manager in Group Human Resources, Human Capital Manager, Head of Relationship Management, and Head of Human Resources in Bank Audi Syria. Mohamad A. also served as the Head of Overseas Operations in Group Human Resources. Earlier in their career, they were the Human Resource Manager at Astrolabe ICT s.a.l. Mohamad A. Chamseddine holds an MSc. and is a member of the FCIPD.

Mohamad A. Chamseddine, MSc, FCIPD, has a strong educational background in Human Resource Management and Political Studies. Mohamad A. completed their MSc in Human Resource Management at the University of Surrey from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Political Studies from the American University of Beirut, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Mohamad has also earned the prestigious Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) in March 2009.
