Constantine Stoumbos, PMP has over 12 years of experience in the government contracting industry. Constantine began their career in 2009 as an Engineering Intern at NAL Research Corporation, where they wrote programs using LabVIEW and created 3D virtual representations using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. In 2010, they became a Research Assistant at Rutgers University, where they worked with a professor studying optimization methods. Constantine then joined Rutgers University in 2011 as a REU Visiting Researcher. In 2012, they were promoted to Proposal Manager & Analyst / Business Capture Analyst at CSRA Inc., where they provided market intelligence and proposal solution architecture for strategic corporate growth. In 2016, they joined DMI (Digital Management, LLC) as a Proposal Manager and was responsible for delivering executive-level marketing research and proposal status reports. Constantine then established their own consulting business, Constantine Stoumbos Consulting Solutions, LLC (CS2), in the same year, where they provided executive-level leadership regarding the development of growth strategies and opportunity pipelines for government contracting organizations. In 2019, they joined Greenzone Solutions as a Proposal Manager, where they engineered all proposal efforts for the entire organization and grew GreenZone’s annual revenue by roughly 300% through proposal wins alone. Constantine is currently the Director of Proposal Management at Gray Tier Technologies, LLC, a position they have held since 2021.

Constantine Stoumbos graduated from Duke University in 2012 with a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics. In 2018, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
