Rob Golden serves as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Great American Insurance Group, leading the Business Data & Analytics division to provide advanced analytics across the organization. Previously, Rob held senior roles within Claims Technology and Operations at Great American Insurance, focusing on strategy development and execution for the Enterprise Claims Platform. Prior to that, Rob worked at Travelers, where responsibilities included directing complex strategic initiatives for claims and improving product performance. Rob's early career involved managing a successful non-profit small business consulting program. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from Georgetown University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hartford.
