Billy Klein is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile kitchens. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Great American Restaurants since November 2021, Billy has a rich background that includes roles as Executive Chef at Farmers Restaurant Group from August 2015 to November 2021, Chef De Cuisine at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, and Stone Crab from November 2013 to August 2015, and Executive Chef at Pulpo restaurant for a brief period in 2013. Additionally, Billy held the position of Executive Chef at Cafe Saint Ex from October 2005 to May 2013. Billy's culinary education was completed at the Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, where a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training was obtained.
