Alexa Jerstad has extensive experience in communication, human resources, customer service, and reporting. Alexa currently serves as the Director of Communications & Human Resources at Great Bear Management, Inc., where Alexa handles external communication strategies, website management, team hiring and management, and promoting a healthy company culture. Alexa has also worked as an Assistant Office Manager, Guest Services Associate, and Park Maintenance employee in the past. Alexa holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Gustavus Adolphus College.
