Yossi Arfandi

Yossi Arfandi is an experienced professional in human resources and general affairs, currently serving as the Human Resources & General Affair Manager at Taman Safari Indonesia since July 2023. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Surya Hotel Group Management from April 2018 to July 2023, and Hotel General Manager at Zeeti International Hospitality Management from February 2017 to April 2018. Yossi has also held positions at Archipelago International Hotels, Resorts & Residences as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, and at PT. Grahawita Santika as a Human Resources Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Resource & General Affair Manager at Regent's Park Hotel Malang and Corporate Human Resources & General Affair Manager at both PT. Jasamitra Propertindo and PT. Asa Wahana Reksa. Yossi holds a Master of Laws in Human Resources Management from Universitas Airlangga, a degree in Psychology from Universitas 45 Surabaya, and a degree in Information Management from Stikom Surabaya.
