Tony Lavecchia

Tony Lavecchia is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and supervision. Currently serving as Lead Supervisor at Marydel Homes since January 2019 and holding the title of Senior Superintendent at Great Gulf since January 2011, Lavecchia specializes in the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, focused on meeting client requirements for both functionality and financial viability. Previous roles include Lead Supervisor at Liv Communities LLC and Principal at TMAG Custom Construction, demonstrating a strong foundation in low-rise and mid-rise construction. Lavecchia also served as President and CEO of Aem Concrete Inc/TMAG Custom Construction, overseeing low-rise residential construction projects. Lavecchia holds a degree in Municipal Planning and Development from Mohawk College, earned between 1996 and 1998.
