Carl J. Kielbasa

Carl J. Kielbasa has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Carl J. started their career in the US Army as an Infantry Officer from 1988 to 1995. Following that, they worked at Dell as a Plant Manager and Production Manager from 1992 to 1995. Carl J. then joined Prince William County Public Schools as a Teacher, Coach, and Director from 2007 to 2013. From 1995 to 2017, they worked at Herff Jones, where they held various roles including VP, Director of Business Development, Director of Organization Development, and later became an Executive and Owner. In 2017, they joined Edmentum as the Regional Director of Business Development for Assessment and Learning in the K12 sector. Carl J. then moved on to Bartell & Bartell, Ltd. in 2018, where they served as the National Director of Business Development and Client Services until 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Regional Sales Director for Leadership at Great Minds, focusing on providing educational support for teachers and students.

Carl J. Kielbasa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they completed in 1988. Carl J. later pursued a Masters degree in Business Management-Organization Development and Performance Improvement from Marymount University, completing it in 2003. In 2004, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Design-Curriculum & Learning Technology from the same university. Additionally, Carl has obtained several certifications, including the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from the American College of Financial Services, as well as licenses in life, health, annuities, and Series 65 from various institutions. Carl J. also holds a Virginia State Teachers License from the Virginia Department of Education.
