Molly Dejesus

Molly deJesus has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Molly currently holds the position of Chief of Human Resources at Great Parks of Hamilton County since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Episcopal Retirement Services from 2013 to 2021, serving in roles such as Director of Organizational Development and Learning, and Manager of Talent Acquisition & Staff Development. Before that, Molly was the Director of Human Resources at Envision in 2012, and a Staff Development Consultant at Episcopal Retirement Homes from 2010 to 2012. Molly also has experience in the field of education, having worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Xavier University from 2009 to 2011. Molly's earlier career includes a significant tenure at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where they served in various HR roles from 1996 to 2009, providing support to different business lines and overseeing training programs.

Molly deJesus has a Doctoral program in Leadership Studies from Xavier University. Molly holds a Master's degree in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Bowling Green State University. Molly has also obtained certifications in Change Management, SHRM-SCP, and SPHR.
