Seth Willis

Seth Willis is an experienced Implementation Consultant at Great Place To Work US since October 2019, specializing in SaaS-enabled business models and culture coaching. Seth has consulted over 50 Licensees globally and co-founded the Great Place to Work® Black Employee Resource Group to enhance the Black employee experience within the organization. Previously, Seth held roles at VSC as an Account Coordinator, at Oath as a Research & Community Intern, and held various positions during their education at Loyola University Maryland, where Seth earned an MBA and a BA in Communication with a Marketing Minor. Seth's diverse background includes expertise in client management, internal communications, and public relations, with notable achievements in increasing resource group membership and securing media coverage for clients.
