Conor McGuigan

Conor McGuigan has a strong background in the housing and construction industry. Conor is currently the Head of Development - Pre Contract at Great Places Housing Group, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Development Manager at Onward Homes from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for project delivery and securing new business opportunities. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Riverside from 2014 to 2020, overseeing new build development projects. Conor has also worked as a Building Surveyor at the University of Manchester from 2012 to 2014, a Graduate Building Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall from 2010 to 2012, a Trainee Building Surveyor at Faithful+Gould from 2008 to 2009, and a Construction Site Foreman at P.F. Contractors from 2005 to 2006.

Conor McGuigan has a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as the MAPM (Member of the Association for Project Management) from the Association for Project Management in January 2018 and the National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety from NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) in August 2013.
