Keith Browning

Keith Browning is an Operating Partner of The Great River Company. He is also a Partner with Pulleyworks Capital, an independent family office focused on small business and private equity investments.

Previously, Keith worked as an executive at Emerson Electric and Emerson Climate Technologies for 35+ years (collectively “Emerson). During his time at Emerson, Keith served as the VP & GM, Transportation Solutions; VP & GM North American Sales; and VP – OEM Sales, Refrigeration; among other roles.

Keith is a solutions-focused Senior Executive with a comprehensive background that includes areas of expertise in P&L management, joint ventures, domestic and international sales, multi-channel distribution, program management, strategic planning, communications, process improvements, contract negotiations, purchasing, and forecasting.

Keith lives in Dayton, OH, and is an active board member with four privately-held lower middle-market companies. He holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University.
