Sean T. Findlen

Sean T. Findlen currently serves as the AVP, Head of Enterprise Communications at Unum, leading communications strategy for various corporate areas. Findlen holds a prominent position as President of the Board of Directors for Great Schools Partnership, having been re-elected in June 2024. Previous experience includes Vice President for Communications & Public Affairs at Bates College, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing and communications strategies. Findlen has also held senior roles at Weber Shandwick and Morrissey & Company, managing corporate communication campaigns across diverse industries. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in French from Bates College.
