Sarah Fell

Sarah Fell, MBA, LSSGB, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Sarah is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Great West Casualty Company, where they are incorporating talent strategy and analytics into the team's daily routines to support the company's growth goals.

Sarah also has experience in leadership roles within the talent acquisition field. Sarah has served as the President and Vice President of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP), where they have worked towards building a common body of knowledge, establishing standards and ethics, and advocating for the profession. Previously, they were a Board Member of ATAP, contributing to the development of talent acquisition professionals' communities globally.

Prior to their current role, Sarah was the Head of Talent Acquisition at AEVEX Aerospace and held the position of Senior Resource Development Manager at HNM Systems. Sarah also worked as a Placement Consultant at AMN Healthcare and Program Director at Jenny Craig.

In the earlier years of their career, Sarah gained valuable experience in sales and financial management. Sarah worked as a Sales Representative III at GEICO, achieving exceptional sales metrics and promotional opportunities. Sarah also served as a Sales Representative at AIG and worked as a Financial Management Consultant at AXA Advisors, LLC. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at McGraw Hill Higher Education.

Sarah Fell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Analytics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Sarah also has a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE) in Early Childhood Education from Arkansas State University, completed from 2002 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certified by San Diego State University in 2020. Sarah also holds the following certifications: SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, acquired in October 2021; Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, received in October 2021; Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP, obtained in December 2020; SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential from SHRM, earned in 2020; and Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS powered by ADP, completed in January 2021. Sarah has future plans to pursue a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes Knowledge Group, expected to be obtained from 2023 to 2025. Sarah is also enrolled in Leadership Siouxland from 2023 to 2024, although the degree name and field of study for this program were not provided.
