Steve Cross

Steve Cross has a strong background in data and analytics, with experience leading teams and developing data-driven solutions. Steve currently holds the position of VP and Strategic Leader - Data and Analytics at Great West Casualty Company, where they have been since 2015. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the Data and Analytics team and implementing a data-centric strategy. Prior to this, Steve held various positions at Deluxe Corporation, Experian, Kaplan, Metropolitan Community College, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and Bradley University. In these roles, they gained experience in areas such as compliance, project consulting, solutions strategy, and channel marketing. Steve has a successful track record in providing consultation to clients and designing strategic projects and analyses.

Steve Cross earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics from Bradley University in the years 1990-1994. Steve later pursued a Master of Science degree in Biometry (Statistics) and Genetics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1994-1996. Prior to their university education, Steve attended MTHS from 1986-1990. Steve also holds a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
