Nova Novelia has had a long and varied career in the hospitality industry. Nova began in 2011 as a Telephone Operator and Banquet at Orchardz Hotel Group Jakarta. In 2012, they moved to Atria Residences Gading Serpong as a Guest Service Agent. In 2014, they were a Guest Service Agent at Atria Hotel & Conference Gading Serpong. In 2015, they were promoted to Front Office Supervisor and Senior Guest Service Agent at Atria Residences Gading Serpong. In 2017, they were a Banquet Sales Executive at PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. and a Sales Administrative Assistant at Atria Hotel Gading Serpong. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Assistant Banquet Sales Manager and Banquet Sales Executive at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong. Currently, they are a Customer Relations Officer at Lamudi.co.id and a Customer Support Representative at GreatDay HR - HR Software.

Nova Novelia completed a Diploma III in Hotel Management from Akademi Pariwisata Jakarta International Hotels from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended SMK Negeri 2 Kuningan from 2007 to 2010, studying Tourism and Travel Services Operations.
