Prior to that, David held the position of Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Rollins, Inc. for over 14 years. David has extensive experience in instructional design and program management, having worked at companies like ADP and UPS. David holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Emory University. Throughout their career, David has been instrumental in developing strategic learning and development programs to drive business goals and outcomes.
