Nicole Thibodeaux Greenblatt

Nicole Thibodeaux Greenblatt's work experience includes roles in human resources, personal training, training and development, and research assistance. Nicole has worked as a Human Resources Director and Coordinator at the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, where they were responsible for various HR functions and successfully implemented several processes and initiatives. Nicole has also worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at F45 Training City Square Baton Rouge. Additionally, they had an internship as a Training and Development Intern at Hope Ministries, where they developed assessments for a curriculum and managed data for validation. Lastly, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Southeastern Louisiana University, conducting research, editing references, and teaching statistics to students.

Nicole Thibodeaux Greenblatt graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in the years 2012 to 2016. Nicole then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Nicole has obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in January 2023 and is also a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which they achieved in October 2022.
