Will Holmes

Will Rymer-Holmes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and policy development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Lead Programme Officer for the London Recovery Programme at the Greater London Authority since November 2019, Will oversees the transition of the programme and provides strategic support to key leaders across London. Previously, Will held roles at the Art Fund as Senior Cultural Policy Officer and Public Affairs and Policy Manager, where policy development and relationship management were central. Will's career also includes volunteer work at The Trussell Trust, a leadership role at Pravah, and positions with Equity UK, the Alzheimer's Society, Vanilla Ventures, and Organizing for America, illustrating a strong commitment to community support and advocacy. Will holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester.
