Mark Scoales

Mark Scoales has extensive experience in technology and communications, currently serving as the Head Of Technology at Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service since April 2006. In this role, Mark is responsible for delivering high-quality communications and support aligned with organizational objectives and identifying user requirements for technical solutions in hardware and communication systems. Prior to this position, Mark worked as a Senior Engineer at ST Communications from August 1999 to July 2006, where responsibilities included designing and building wide-area radio communication systems and performing maintenance and troubleshooting on various communication systems. Mark holds a Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Salford, earned between 1996 and 1998.
