Philip Healy has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles across different industries. Philip Healy, Programme Director, MBA, MSc, PgDip, is currently serving as the GWRC-RiverLink Alliance Commercial & Procurement Lead at the Greater Wellington Regional Council, where they are responsible for developing and leading the commercial, procurement, and contract frameworks for the RiverLink program. Prior to this, they worked at Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd as a Senior Development Engineer and later as a Project Manager, overseeing the development and planning of investment projects. Philip Healy, Programme Director, MBA, MSc, PgDip, also worked as a Senior Technical Advisor at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, where they provided strategic advisory and program business case review for the New Zealand Upgrade Programme. Philip Healy, Programme Director, MBA, MSc, PgDip, pursued a LL.M in Comparative Disputes Resolution [ADR] with a focus on International Commercial Alternative Disputes Resolution (Mediation, Adjudication, Arbitration) at Queen Mary University of London from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they completed a postgraduate degree in Project Management at the University of Reading from 2003 to 2005. Philip is currently working towards a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree at The University of Auckland, expected to be completed in 2023.
