Francis Qian

Francis Qian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Training & HR Manager at 上海大名城企业股份有限公司 since March 2020, Francis previously held the position of Assistant GM of Operations & Service Department at Shanghai Deer Jet from August 2015 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Francis was a Management Trainee at 海航集团 from July 2013 to July 2015 and briefly worked as a Trainee at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, in 2015. Additionally, in 2012, Francis served as an Area Manager at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. Francis Qian holds an FAA Dispatcher certification from Jeppesen Academy and a degree from Wuhan University of Technology attained in 2013.
