Swapnil Thigale is currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Greaves Cotton Limited. Prior to that, Swapnil held managerial positions at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, MSC Software, Dana India Technical Centre Pvt. Ltd., Infosys Technologies Ltd, Larsen & Toubro Limited, and Thermax Ltd. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Swapnil has extensive experience in FE analysis, design, and testing of engine components and mechanical integrity analysis of various systems.
