Brittany La Vigne

Brittany La Vigne has had a diverse work experience. Brittany started their career as a Receptionist/Secretary at A Condominium Management Company from September 2014 to February 2016. In 2016, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at both Bosch North America from February to September and The Schaeffler Group from September to February 2017. Brittany then joined Flagstar Bank, where they held multiple roles, including Human Resources Recruiting Specialist from February to August 2017, Recruiter from August 2017 to December 2018, and Training Instructor II from January 2019 to November 2019. At Faurecia, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist from November 2019 to October 2021 and as a Talent Development Specialist from October 2021 to June 2022. Prior to their current role, they were a Talent Development Specialist at KUKA from June 2022 to April 2023. Currently, Brittany is working as a Talent Development Manager at Grede Holdings LLC from April 2023 onwards.

Brittany La Vigne obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Oakland University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they earned a Certified Nursing Assistant certification from the State of Michigan in June 2015.
