Jessica McDonald

Jessica McDonald has five years of work experience in the motion graphics and 3D art industry. In 2021, they began working as an Assistant Motion Graphic Designer for Green Buzz Agency. In 2020, they worked as a Motion Designer for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where they developed storyboards and designed and animated original characters and assets that met branding guidelines. Also in 2020, they worked as a 3D Artist for Loud Cow Studio, where they retopologized high-density models in Maya for 3D printing and modeled a Tokamak fusion reactor for a diorama. In 2019, they worked as an Exhibit Designer for the Rochester Museum & Science Center, where they transformed children's characters into vector graphics in Illustrator to create layered 3D wall reliefs and built and hand-sculpted realistic props for exhibit development. Finally, in 2019, they worked as a 3D Character Artist for Kaleidoscope ME\u2122, where they modeled and textured a 3D character from concept art and collaborated with the Director and Art team to ensure continuity among characters.

Jessica McDonald has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in 3D Digital Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended Susquehannock High School from 2013 to 2017.
