Erika Lim has a diverse background in development, volunteer management, and disaster response. Erika has experience working with various organizations such as Green City Force, Citizens Committee for New York City, AmeriCorps NCCC, Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County, and more. Erika has extensive experience in managing corporate donor relationships, writing grant proposals, coordinating volunteer events, analyzing data, and overseeing social media platforms. Erika is also skilled in disaster response, having worked on missions during Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria. Erika holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Social Behavioral Sciences from Soka University of America.
