Enell Dely

Senior Energy Engineer, Europe at Green Generation

Enell is a member of the Europe team where as Senior Energy Engineer, he is responsible for advising on energy and mechanical matters to project implementation teams, including building system performance assessments, analyzing utility data, and developing energy efficiency retrofit solutions to achieve the optimal balance of reduced utility consumption, occupant comfort, and financial results.

Prior to GreenGen, Enell was an energy manager and energy efficiency engineer at Citron, where he carried various energy audits of buildings and vehicle fleet, installed SCADA systems, and also supervised the building stock energy consumption of several major French and international companies. Before that, Enell evolved within Total, where as an assistant solar coordinator he managed diverse assignments for solar PV hybrid projects in Africa, including solar resource assessment, energy yield prediction, and review and preparation of technical documents for local implementation teams.

As he loves learning new languages and cultures, Enell also spent months in China at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. As a research assistant there, he helped developing the standards of utility tunnels and worked on a cooling system based on underground seasonal thermal energy storage in aquifers and boreholes (ATES and BTES). This project serves as preliminary work to set the base for the construction of Xiong’An City, China’s next sustainable megalopolis.

Enell graduated from ESIEE Paris with a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency.
