Cheri McConnell has over 20 years of work experience. Cheri started their career as a Customer Service Representative at MassMutual Financial Group in 2000. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at MeadWestvaco, where they managed order entry, monitored shipments, and provided customer service to both domestic and international customers. In 2005, they joined Walgreens as a Store Manager and held that position until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Director of People and Culture at Green Line Apothecary.

Cheri McConnell obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management from Salem State University between the years 1996 and 2000. Cheri then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford from 2014 to 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Cheri obtained their Notary Public Commission from the State of Rhode Island in February 2021. Cheri also earned the certification for Pharmacy Based Immunization Administration Pharmacy Technicians from the APhA Foundation in August 2020.
