Brittany Thacker

Brittany Thacker, known as 素素, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in channel marketing and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Regional Marketing for Pennsylvania and Ohio at Green Thumb Industries since March 2022, Brittany previously held multiple leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, where notable accomplishments included establishing the first channel marketing team, leading strategic initiatives that drove significant revenue growth, and managing $2.1 billion in P&L across various product lines. Additional experience includes positions at American Standard Brands, Ingersoll Rand, Newell Rubbermaid, and various sales roles. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Appalachian State University and has studied Mandarin at Suzhou University of Science and Technology.
