Kayla Hafner

Kayla Hafner began their work experience in 2016 at Apex Systems, where they first served as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, they worked with technical consultants to identify positions and networked with local user groups and technical schools. Kayla sourced potential candidates using various methods such as Apex's proprietary database and job boards.

Later, Kayla transitioned to the role of an Account Manager at Apex Systems. Here, they engaged in business-to-business sales, communicating with senior-level IT directors and management to understand their needs and advise them on appropriate staffing models. Kayla consistently worked to build relationships with clients, both new and existing, and helped to identify opportunities for future business growth.

In 2021, Kayla joined Green Thumb Industries (GTI) as a Talent Acquisition Partner. GTI is a publicly-traded company in the cannabis industry that achieved significant revenue milestones. In this role, Kayla is responsible for talent acquisition efforts within the company.
