Estee Fader

Estee Fader currently serves as the Director of Development & Investments at Greenberg Gibbons Commercial, a position held since January 2020, following a role as Associate Director of Acquisitions & Development. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Summit Properties, Inc. from June 2018 to January 2020, and various roles at Tishman Speyer, including Associate and Analyst, from September 2015 to June 2018. Estee's early career features positions as a Real Estate Analyst at Pathfinder Partners, LLC, and as a Real Estate Intern at Iron Stone Strategic Capital Partners. Estee's foundational experience includes internships at Paragon Real Estate Investments, LIFT-Philadelphia, The Leichtag Foundation, and the San Diego Hunger Coalition. Estee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies and Hispanic Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and participated in the International Honors Program in 2013.
