John Sherman

John Sherman has extensive work experience in safety program management and coordination. John is currently working as a Safety Program Manager at Greenberry Industrial since June 2022, where they manage safety programs for various projects in the petrochemical and poly industry. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Safety Coordinator at Deep South Crane and Rigging, LLC from August 2014 to June 2022. Their responsibilities included ensuring safety compliance for projects.

Before their role at Deep South Crane and Rigging, John worked at Lockheed Martin as an Integrated Training Facility (ITF) Safety Coordinator from September 2010 to July 2014. John was responsible for implementing safety programs and procedures for multiple buildings, including industrial hygiene, maintenance, and environmental services. Additionally, they provided support to the Facility Manager and Environmental Safety and Health Offices.

John's experience also includes working at United Space Alliance, JSC-NASA as a Simulation Controller and Network Simulations Systems (NSS) Operator from April 2005 to September 2010. In these roles, they were involved in the operational control and maintenance of simulation activities within specific buildings, serving as a direct contact point for integrated simulation operations.

Lastly, John had a significant tenure in the United States Air Force as an SSgt from February 1996 to February 2005.

John Sherman completed their education in a chronological order starting from 2000. From the years 2000 to 2002, they attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Communications Technology/Technician. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued another Associate of Science degree in Air and Space Operations Technology from the same institution. Finally, from 2006 to 2008, John attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Occupational Safety & Health.
