Karen Rugg Msc

Karen Rugg MSC, FCIPD, Q.Inst.Pa is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Greencore since August 2018, Karen previously held the positions of HR Controller and Head of HR at the same company from September 2011 to June 2018. Prior to this, Karen was the Head of HR at Smedleys Salads within Uniq from January 2007 to September 2011 and worked as an HR Manager at Uniq from 1999 to 2003. Karen Rugg holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln and is pursuing further education at the University of Bristol.
