Ashley Bachani

Ashley Bachani's work experience begins with their current role as a People Operations Insights Analyst at Greenhouse Software, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WeWork, where they held multiple roles. Ashley served as a Senior Associate in Global Roadmap & Portfolio Strategy from January 2022 to September 2022. Before that, they were an Associate in Talent Operations from July 2021 to December 2021, an Associate in the Learning Team from January 2021 to July 2021, and an Associate in People Operations from July 2020 to January 2021.

Prior to WeWork, Ashley worked at Comcast as an HR Communications Co-op from April 2019 to September 2019. Ashley also had an earlier role as a Nima Brand Embassador at Nima Labs from April 2019 to July 2019, where they created blog and social media content and conducted research on gluten-free food trends.

Ashley's earliest work experience was at Dechert LLP, where they served as a Human Resources Co-op from April 2018 to September 2018.

Ashley Bachani attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. Their major was Marketing, and they had a minor in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Ashley obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in various subjects such as HR and Digital Transformation, Strategic Human Resources, Instructional Design: Adult Learners, Learning Salesforce, Organizational Learning and Development, Salesforce: Custom Reports, and Salesforce: Dashboards. These certifications were obtained in 2021.
